Sabey Data Centers announced the completion of its new data center campus in Round Rock, Texas, further solidifying the city’s reputation as a hub for innovation and technology. Strategically located within the Austin metropolitan area, the facility provides up to 84 megawatts of scalable critical power and 430,000 square feet of operational space. Designed to accommodate diverse tenant requirements, the site offers highly energy-efficient infrastructure to support advanced computing needs while minimizing environmental impact. The campus has already attracted customers and will house The Texas Advanced Computing Center’s ‘Horizon,’ a cutting-edge AI supercomputer. The Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) is part of the Office of the Vice President for Research at The University of Texas at Austin. TACC’s selection of the Round Rock campus showcases that the facility can meet the specific needs for high-density supercomputing and emphasizes Round Rock’s strategic efforts to become a thriving tech hub.
