Ambassador Spotlight: Danish Ahmed

The Round Rock Chamber Ambassador Program helps support the chamber’s mission by ensuring that new investors are welcomed to the chamber family properly and they play an important role in ribbon cutting events. This month’s Ambassador Spotlight is on Danish Ahmed.

Danish has been proudly serving as a Round Rock Chamber Ambassador since January 2019. Raised in New Jersey, Danish attended Rutgers University and studied computer science as an undergraduate. Before moving to Texas, Danish spent five years working for Adidas, and doing marketing and creative direction for other clothing brands.

Danish is currently the Sales Manager at Eixsys, a software development company here in Round Rock. Together with Eixsys, Danish connects with businesses of all sizes to find the right software solutions for them, whether it be a mobile app or a new CRM system.

Danish shared that he loves being involved with the chamber because “it allows me to connect with all sorts of businesses and meet like-minded business professionals. Coming from New Jersey, my network here didn’t exist, but the chamber allows me to build long-lasting connections and relationships while being a part of the continuous growth here in Round Rock.”

Danish enjoys playing video games (especially with his friends back in New Jersey), painting and drawing, and playing basketball and soccer in his free time. He currently lives in Georgetown with his cat Bella.
