Young Professional Luncheon: Connecting Representatives with Our Youngest Voters

The Round Rock Chamber is all set to host its Young Professional Luncheon on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 11:30 AM – 1 PM with a dynamic topic: “Connecting Representatives with Our Youngest Voters.” This event will bring together the city’s rising young professionals with our ‘under 40 years old’ state representatives. Representative John Bucy III of District 136 and Representative Caroline Harris of District 52 have been invited for a valuable exchange of ideas and insights.

The Young Professional Luncheon, a highlight of Round Rock’s community calendar, will serve as a platform for the city’s youngest voters to connect with seasoned elected representatives. Meet the Representatives
- Representative John Bucy III, District 136 is a passionate advocate for healthcare, education and voting rights. He is a native Texan and small business owner who serves as the elected Chair of the Young Texans Legislative Caucus and is Vice Chair of the Elections Committee.
- Representative Caroline Harris, District 52 has built a reputation for her commitment to sustainable development and youth outreach programs. She has a strong focus on environmental issues and inclusivity within the community. Representative Harris was named Freshman Legislator of the Year during this year’s 88th Legislative Session.
