Welcome Owen Burgess, our New Economic Development Coordinator

The Round Rock Chamber is excited to welcome Owen Burgess as our new Economic Development Coordinator! In this role, Owen will help support our efforts to attract, grow, and retain businesses in Round Rock, continuing our mission to strengthen the local economy and create opportunities for our community.

As part of the Chamber’s economic development team, Owen will assist with marketing initiatives, research and data collection, project coordination, and outreach to local businesses. His work will help ensure that Round Rock remains one of the most business-friendly and forward-thinking communities in Central Texas.

Owen is an Aggie and recent graduate of Texas A&M University, bringing hands-on experience in research, reporting, and marketing, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. During his internship at Episode Six, a global payments infrastructure company, he helped lead research campaigns and client engagement projects. He also launched and scaled his own online retail business, managing events, coordinating vendors, and developing marketing strategies to grow his brand from the ground up.
