Round Rock Partners with Williamson County EDP and U.S. Embassy to Host Korean Semiconductor Suppliers in Central Texas

Last week, the Williamson County Economic Development Partnership (EDP), in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Korea, hosted Korean semiconductor suppliers as part of a successful two-day spinoff event from the SelectUSA Summit. This event fostered business opportunities between companies looking to establish or expand their presence in the U.S. and the state of Texas.

Korean semiconductor companies are increasingly seen as key suppliers in the U.S. to support the larger semiconductor industry, including Samsung’s $45B investment in Taylor, TX. Known for its robust economy and business-friendly environment, Texas is an ideal destination for these companies.
