Round Rock Chamber President Announces Transition

Round Rock, TX – Round Rock Chamber President and CEO Jason Ball announced he will leave for a similar position with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce in Lincoln, Nebraska. Ball’s departure comes after two years of service to the Round Rock Chamber.

“Round Rock is a very special place, and the Chamber is an important convener and organizer in the community,” said Ball. “Working here during the pandemic and the economic recovery has led me to some of the work I’ve been most proud of in my fourteen-year career in economic development. Particularly the Round Rock Cares program in partnership with the City of Round Rock, the Greater Round Rock Community Foundation, and many businesses.”

“We appreciate the work that Jason has done for the Chamber and the community,” said 2021 Chamber Board Chair, Avis Wukasch. “His leadership has had a profound benefit for the staff and volunteers. The next step will be will be for the board to meet and begin an executive search.”

Ball’s final day with the Round Rock Chamber will be January 30, 2022.
