Round Rock Chamber Names Kathryn Alvarado New Economic Development Coordinator
The Round Rock Chamber is pleased to announce Kathryn Alvarado has joined the organization as Economic Development Coordinator. In this role, Kathryn will assist with external marketing efforts, research and data collection, project proposals and provide support to the economic development team.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Kathryn served as Congressman McCaul’s Constituent Services Liaison spearheading casework, the district internship program, and special projects such as the Congressional Art Competition. Before her time with Congressman McCaul, Kathryn spent time working in Congressman John Carter’s office as a Constituent Liaison. During her tenure in the office, she was able to establish relationships with federal agencies and build trust between the Congressman and his constituents.
Kathryn is a native Texan and grew up in Round Rock. She graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M in College Station and received her MBA from University of Mary Hardin- Baylor in Belton, TX.
