Round Rock Chamber Names Jordan Robinson as President and CEO

Round Rock, TX – The Round Rock Chamber board of directors named Jordan Robinson, currently the Vice President for Economic Development and Interim President and CEO, as the Chamber’s President and CEO, effective May 1, 2022.

Robinson succeeded Chamber President and CEO, Jason Ball, who left the organization in January 2022 to take a similar opportunity in Lincoln, Nebraska.

“We’re very excited to welcome Jordan as the Chamber’s President and CEO,” said John Howard, Chair of the Round Rock Chamber board of directors. “She has demonstrated strong economic development and management skills in her two years at the Chamber and in her prior roles with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, the Greater Houston Partnership, and Development Counsellors International. We look forward to working with Jordan in her new leadership position as she continues to serve and make a positive impact on the Round Rock community.”

Robinson has been with the Round Rock Chamber since August 2020 when she joined the organization as the Vice President for Economic Development. Since then, she has recruited a new economic development team to the Round Rock Chamber and led several strategic initiatives including the development of a new brand for the organization and the completion of a successful five-year capital campaign to fund the Chamber’s economic development program.

“I’m honored to serve as the Round Rock Chamber’s President and CEO,” said Robinson. “There is so much growth and opportunity ahead for Central Texas and Round Rock, and the Chamber has been an important catalyst for that growth. I look forward to serving the community in this new leadership role to ensure that Round Rock continues to be the preeminent destination to live and work.”

Robinson will continue to remain actively involved in leading the economic development division of the Chamber. The organization will soon be seeking to hire a Vice President of Investor Engagement that will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue for the Chamber, as well as overseeing a variety of value-driven events, programs, and products to support the organization’s approximately 800 member base.
