Round Rock Chamber Announces Interim President and CEO

Round Rock, TX –  The Round Rock Chamber of Commerce board of directors named Jordan Robinson, currently the Vice President for Economic Development, as the Chamber’s interim President and CEO, effective in January. Robinson will succeed current Chamber President and CEO, Jason Ball, who recently announced he will leave the organization in January to take a similar opportunity in Lincoln, Nebraska.

“We are so pleased to have Jordan step into this essential leadership role,” said Avis Wukasch, 2021 Chair of the Round Rock Chamber Board. “This was an easy decision for us. The Chamber board wants to ensure the important work of the Chamber will continue uninterrupted. Jordan is the ideal person to do that.”

Robinson has been with the Round Rock Chamber since August 2020 when she joined the organization as the Vice President for Economic Development. Since then, she has recruited a new economic development team to the Round Rock Chamber and completed several new initiatives including the development of a new brand for Round Rock’s economic development marketing.

“I’m honored to be asked to serve the Chamber during this transition,” said Robinson. “There is so much growth and opportunity ahead for Central Texas and Round Rock. The Chamber has been an important catalyst for that growth. All of our initiatives will keep moving forward.”
