The application portals are now open for the 2025 Leadership Round Rock & Ascend classes.

Leadership Round Rock

The mission of Leadership Round Rock is to develop leadership skills in individuals and promote awareness of issues and opportunities that impact Round Rock. It is designed to provide participants with important information about topics such as city history, infrastructure, and educational composition, as well as the significance of involvement in and support for the community.

Ascend

Ascend is an annual program of the Round Rock Chamber designed for emerging leaders who are equipped to serve the Round Rock community and are focused on personal, professional and leadership development.

Participants of this exclusive program will receive a deep dive into specific topics and issues that affect the community. In addition, class participants will have an opportunity to connect directly with Ascend Alumni and community mentors to set future leadership goals following program graduation.
