Leadership Round Rock
Growing Round Rock Leaders Since 1986
The mission of Leadership Round Rock is to develop leadership skills in individuals and to promote awareness of issues and opportunities that impact Round Rock. It is designed to provide participants with important information about topics such as the area’s history, infrastructure, and educational composition, as well as the significance of involvement in and support for the community.

Applications for 2026 open on September 1 and close on October 20th. Contact Anna Hipps with any questions.
Leadership 2026 Class Schedule
Participants are required to attend and actively engage in subject-specific sessions, mandatory retreat, and graduation ceremony. Participants are also required to attend/participate in a community service project (approximately 20 volunteer hours) and select three meetings to attend from this list of community meetings: Round Rock City Council, Round Rock Independent School District Board, Round Rock Planning and Zoning Commission, Williamson County Commissioner’s Court, or Round Rock Chamber Board of Directors.
