Hiring Assistance through Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area
Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) is a community partnership providing no-cost recruitment and employment services to businesses and job seekers in the Rural Capital Area of Texas. This partnership provides assistance in the Round Rock area and also provides services in the following counties: Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, and Williamson.
WSRCA’s mission is to build an employer-driven workforce system that meets the demands of a global economy by actively involving industry and business leaders in workforce development decisions that allows them to: identify labor and economic trends, obtain customized training and hire high skilled workers, while simultaneously promoting the welfare, orientation, assessment, education, training, and placement of job seekers who are searching for profitable and self-sufficient employment. WSRCA can assist employers through various resources and programs including the following:
- Finding employees through WorkInTexas, a state-wide online job bank that allows you to register and post positions. The tool allows employers to post jobs, view resumes, contact job seekers, email notifications, perform real-time online job matches, view job posting hits, and save searches. Employers can register and start posting open positions on
- WorkInTexas.com.
