Exfluor Research Corporation Celebrates 40 Years and Breaks Ground on Round Rock Expansion

On April 1^st, Exfluor Research Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony to expand its Round Rock Headquarters and to celebrate 40 years of operations. Exfluor, which is a chemical manufacturer with its products and technology found on everything from satellites to televisions, will expand their facility by adding more than 33,000 sq. ft. to their existing 14,200 sq. ft. facility located at 2350 Double Creek Drive.

“Exfluor’s expansion contributes significant value to the overall growth and economic generation of Round Rock,” said Jordan Robinson, President and CEO of the Round Rock Chamber. “Business retention and expansion is an important part of our economic development strategy, and the opportunity for a company who has called Round Rock home for 40 years to triple their space is a win for our community.”

The ceremony was attended by Round Rock officials, representatives from the Round Rock Chamber, and representatives from their partners such as NAVCON Group, LLC, MOD Architecture + Design and First Citizens Bank.
