City of Round Rock Procurement Opportunities

Throughout the year, the city provides opportunities for vendors to bid on open projects to work with various departments on projects throughout the city. This includes opportunities to apply for bids provided by the Purchasing department for solicitations for goods and services, construction project solicitations posted by General Services, Parks and Recreation (PARD) and Utilities, and Transportation projects.
For solicitations for goods and services through Purchasing or Transportation projects, active opportunities are posted on the Bonfire page.
For other solicitation projects currently open, opportunities are posted here.
The process to register as a vendor for the city can be done through this link. You can also learn how to register to be a vendor here which includes detailed information on how to sign up and has links to videos for tutorials on signing up.
The procurement process provides an opportunity for local businesses and local general contractors to work with the city on projects in their own backyard. For more information outside of the links provided or additional contacts to learn more, please reach out to Zach Scott, Director of Workforce and Industry Development, at zscott@roundrockchamber.org.
