Business Partners Needed for Student NetWORK! Event

Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area will host NetWORK! an event designed for high school seniors preparing to enter the workforce or pursue postsecondary opportunities on Wednesday, February 18th. This event will convene local business partners and participating students in a structured, rotational interview format similar to “speed networking.”

Throughout the event, employers will conduct brief, timed interviews with students, allowing participants to demonstrate their professional skills and gain exposure to a variety of industries. Following each interview rotation, business partners will provide students with constructive feedback intended to enhance their communication, professionalism, and overall job-readiness. All interview questions will be provided by WSRCA. Students will also explore a networking vendor area, where local businesses, community organizations, and career experts will be on hand to share resources, answer questions and spark conversations about potential career paths. This is a perfect chance for students to practice networking in a supportive and friendly environment.

The NetWORK! event aims to strengthen connections between education and industry, support students in their transition beyond high school and promote a well-prepared future workforce for the region. Fore event details and registration, see the information below:
