Ambassador Spotlight: Rachel Romero

As a Round Rock Chamber Ambassador and a dedicated member of the Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA), Rachel Romero is actively involved in initiatives that strengthen and support the region. Her commitment to community and industry development extends through her active participation in various impactful programs.
In her role as Advanced Manufacturing Sector Manager for Page Southerland Page, Inc., Rachel has leveraged her experience and passion to bolster operations, strategy, and business development.
Rachel’s journey with Page began in July 2019, following the acquisition of her engineering firm, IMES Group, LLC. Before working for IMES, she dedicated a decade to the University of Texas at Austin, refining her skills and gaining valuable industry insight.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Rachel’s roots run deep in the community. After attending junior college on a partial softball scholarship, she returned to Austin to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration at Saint Edward’s University in 2012.
Outside her professional endeavors, Rachel finds joy in her family. She cherishes watching her two youngest daughters excel in competitive soccer and supports her oldest daughter’s journey into the workforce as she prepares to graduate high school this year. Her family’s strong connection to the community is further highlighted by her children’s attendance at Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD) schools and their occasional participation in Round Rock Chamber Ribbon Cuttings.
