Ambassador Spotlight: Michelle Sledz

The Round Rock Chamber Ambassador Program provides an opportunity for motivated, enthusiastic, and articulate businesspeople to represent the Chamber at functions and events across the community. This month’s Ambassador Spotlight is on Michelle Sledz.

Michelle has enjoyed living in Austin for over 20 years, and is married to a great guy who is an original Austinite.  From an early age, she has always been an entrepreneur at heart and enjoys helping business owners within our community any way that she can. To her it’s all about the relationships. Having lived with different types of entrepreneurs, her family has instilled in her the fundamentals of business ownership as well as the challenges associated with it.

When Insperity reached out to her during their expansion in the Austin market, it just made sense for her to join their mission. As a top of line HR solutions company, Insperity helps companies realize their full potential by aligning the people strategy with the business strategy. As a business performance advisor, Michelle is grateful to be a part of something bigger than herself to serve our community.  She joined the Round Rock Chamber  Ambassador Program to be more involved with our local community and to be able to help good business owners become great by helping them execute on how they can run better with a systematic approach, grow faster within a scalable infrastructure, and make more money so that our communities can prosper.
