Ambassador Spotlight: Les McDaniel

Ambassadors help support the Chamber’s mission by ensuring new members are welcomed to the Chamber, and they play an important role in ribbon cutting events. This month’s Ambassador spotlight is on Les McDaniel.

Les is the founder of EPiCFusion Leadership Labs, where he helps individuals and organizations achieve their full potential through leadership development coaching, team-building workshops, and personal growth retreats. Despite experiencing family disease, pain, and loss, as well as being diagnosed with chronic pain and neurodiverse gifts in his late 40s, Les continues to call himself up to rise above that chaos to master his M.E.S.S. (Mental, Emotional, and inSpirational State) and help others do the same. Les’ unique perspective and approach to personal growth and leadership development have made him a respected and sought-after speaker, facilitator, and wholeness guide to future liberated leaders.

Les is passionate about restoring wholeness in humanity and inspiring leaders to embrace their M.E.S.S. as their life’s mission. Life is precious, and Les’ mission is to invite everyone into the shared experience of unlocking life’s potential; first for ourselves and then for those we lead and love. Through his coaching and workshops, Les is helping individuals and organizations create positive change and make a lasting impact for generations to come.

As a natural Connector, Les finds being an Ambassador of the Round Rock Chamber central to his role of supporting EPiC Leaders and Humans to become the greatest version of themselves for the greater good of ourselves, our families, teams, organizations, and our community. It is a natural extension of his gifts and his heart to call up liberated leaders in Round Rock and surrounding areas. Together we are stronger and our EPiC’s when fused together, creator a greater impact. As a Round Rock Chamber Ambassador, Les shares in the mission to create advocates in our community for greater impact, influence, and fulfillment in the city of Round Rock and beyond.
