Ambassador Spotlight: Jessica Mosman

The Round Rock Chamber Ambassador program plays a critical role in gathering investor feedback and relaying that information to the chamber staff. The group provides an opportunity for motivated, enthusiastic, and articulate business people to represent the chamber at functions and events across the community.  Ambassadors help support the chamber’s mission by ensuring that new investors are welcomed to the chamber properly and they play an important role in ribbon cutting events. One of the chamber’s long-time Ambassadors is Jessica Mosman who began the program in 2016.

Jessica is a native Texan from San Angelo who moved to Austin after growing up and then attending school at Angelo State University. There, she studied marketing and communications. She started her own company, Mosman Marketing, to put herself through school. When she relocated to Austin to pursue her love for theatre and grow her marketing firm, little did she know that 2008 was right around the corner. With the recession, came lay-off after lay-off. She felt the need to enable small businesses to withstand the pressures of the spiraling economy. She decided to go into finance with a heavy focus on business planning and employee retention. It was then that she met her husband, who was also a business owner.

Today, their family owns a franchise of Roosters Men’s Grooming Center in Cedar Park and are the franchisor of over 100 locations nationwide.

Jessica is now a partner at Financial Integrated Solutions, with a location in Round Rock and in Austin. The firm was recently nominated for the top investment firm in Austin by Best of the Best, Austin American Statesman. Jessica and her team work with business owners to implement strategies to obtain and retain employees, create succession plans, and help them to determine when to retire. Jessica and her team are licensed to practice finance in more than twenty states across the country.

Jessica has been an Ambassador since 2016 and was the Vice Chair for two years.  She is on the Round Rock ISD PTA Board and the Central Texas Subcontractors Association Board. She was just recently accepted into the 2020 class of Leadership Round Rock.

Between connections that will last a lifetime, to the education that has been provided about Round Rock, and the growth that is to come, the Round Rock Chamber and the Ambassador program has significantly impacted her business.

She has done many speaking engagements for events hosted by Microsoft, CTSA, and the Governor’s Office.

Jessica lives in Round Rock with her husband, Jon and their two daughters, Taylor and Madison.
