Ambassador Spotlight: Isi Oteze

Isi Oteze is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach dedicated to helping business leaders achieve balance, growth, and financial freedom. Her mission is to empower leaders to break free from stagnation and unlock their full potential.

Through leadership coaching, masterminds, group sessions, assessments, workshops, training, and business consulting, she provides the support and accountability needed for transformative success. Her expertise covers key areas like revenue growth, cash flow management, goal setting, time management, strategic planning, business development, sales success, customer satisfaction, delegation, team building, and effective communication.

With a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, managing change, shaping organizational culture, and fostering employee engagement, Isi brings invaluable hands-on experience to her coaching approach.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

As a chamber ambassador, Isi proudly supports the chamber’s mission to foster community and business growth. She represents the chamber at functions and events across the community and ensures new members feel welcomed and supported.

Her coaching practice, FocalPoint Business Coaching of Austin, was recognized as the Best Business Coaching group at the 2024 Best of Round Rock Awards.

Outside of her professional life, Isi enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, contributing to her community, and staying connected with her family, friends, and faith community.
