Real estate is more than a job for Batya — it’s a calling rooted in a deeply personal story. When she was a child, her family lost their home to foreclosure. She describes unforgettable uncertainty and heartbreak of that time, and says it’s the reason she shows up every day with empathy, determination, and a mission to protect and empower her clients. Batya holds 12 real estate certifications and is also a Certified Property Tax Consultant and Texas Notary, which means she brings a full-service, highly informed approach to every transaction. She works with both residential and commercial clients and prides herself on using innovative marketing tools that get results — from geofencing ads and Zillow Showcase listings, to drone photography and professional videography.

Community matters to Batya, too. She volunteers at two local elementary schools, donating monthly snacks to students in need, in addition to serving with the Round Rock Chamber.
