The Round Rock Chamber believes that small businesses are the backbone of our great community. As such, the Chamber works to support federal and state legislation that promotes job creation and retention while reducing undue burdens on small businesses, including mandatory minimum wages, unfunded mandates and excessive fees.

The Round Rock Chamber is committed to ensuring a comprehensive, regional, multimodal approach to mobility that includes public-private partnerships, dedicated user-fees, and loan programs. By supporting the enactment of a federal infrastructure modernization bill, the maintenance of the federal Highway Trust Fund, and leveraging funds for local transportation projects, the Chamber can continue to increase capacity for the city’s unprecedented population growth.

Being a strong advocate for local business starts with understanding their specific needs. To better our advocacy efforts, Round Rock Chamber created the Business Climate Council — a team of experienced professionals in government relations that bring the community’s concerns and challenges to the attention of state and federal policymakers. The Council is responsible for setting the Agenda for Economic Vitality and Legislative Priorities for each state legislative session. The Council is open to all members of the Chamber.
