Cat Osterman currently serves as the General Manager for the Texas Volts of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League. As a player, she was a three-time Olympian and four-time All-American. She pitched for Team USA from 2001 to 2010 and from 2019-2021, and competed in the 2004, 2008 and 2020 Olympics, earning a gold medal in 2004. She earned four National Pro Fastpitch titles and was named Championship MVP three times. A native of Houston and a University of Texas standout, Osterman led the Longhorns to three Women’s College World Series appearances in 2003, 2005 and 2006. She also became the only person to win USA Softball’s National Player of the Year honors three times. Osterman was the champion of Athletes Unlimited’s inaugural softball season in 2020, and finished her professional career with Athletes Unlimited in 2021 before joining the AU Advisory Board in 2023.
Jenny Nagle is a creative producer and marketing director whose work spans fashion, global brand activations, and major sports events. She began her career in New York’s fashion industry working with designers Issey Miyake and Tibi before moving into large-scale productions, including a public garden installation in Times Square created with Gucci and Harper’s Bazaar. In Los Angeles she was executive producer for events, campaigns, and athlete experiences for global brands including adidas, Reebok, and Nike. This work led to her producing Nikes most visible Athlete Experience at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Today she lives in Round Rock where she is applying her creative background to her family’s real estate business Round Rock Leasing and helping develop a film about Round Rock legend Barbette with an Emmy Award-winning creative team.
Dr. Gloria Gonzales-Dholakia is Vice President of Alumni & Public Policy at the Jeremiah Program, where she leads national strategies elevating the voices and leadership of single mothers and advancing policies supporting family economic mobility. With more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, education, and civic engagement, she has led several mission-driven organizations focused on expanding opportunity and strengthening communities. Dr. Gonzales-Dholakia also serves as an elected Trustee for Leander Independent School District and was the first Latina elected to the board. She is passionate about advancing economic mobility, expanding educational opportunity, and empowering women to lead in business, civic life, and their communities.
