Round Rock Chamber Announces Priorities for 2018

Economic generation mission continues to drive work

Round Rock, Texas – The Round Rock Chamber today revealed its top priorities for 2018 and presented a look back at its 2017 accomplishments during its December Power Lunch. The chamber has aggressively pursued its mission of leading economic generation in Round Rock and focused on delivering substantial impact through its eight pillars of economic generation. The chamber’s top priorities for 2018 are to:

  • generate eight economic development project wins
  • research strategies for increasing apprenticeship opportunities
  • identify innovative approaches to local entrepreneurial funding
  • develop a Round Rock entrepreneur catalog

“Our priorities for 2018 were created to deliver meaningful and measurable results for our investors in areas of need,” said Mike Odom, the chamber’s president and CEO. “They are designed in coordination with our economic-generation mission and where we can affect positive outcomes.”
