Round Rock location to expand over next three years
The Round Rock Chamber announced today that BGE, Inc. has committed to invest in and expand its current facility in Round Rock over the next three years. BGE currently leases over 25,000 square feet in Frontera Crossing and plans to employ 80 people by the end of 2025.
“BGE is excited about the growth opportunities for us in Round Rock,” said Rob Harris, BGE’s Central Texas Region operations leader. “This location provides great accessibility for both our staff and our clients.”
BGE is a nationwide consulting firm that provides civil engineering and other services in planning and landscape architecture; environmental; surveying; transportation; land and site development; public works; and construction management for public and private clients. BGE’s investment will enable the company to better serve its staff and clients from its Austin-area locations.
“We could not be more excited about this announcement. The jobs BGE has created in Round Rock are exactly what we need to fuel our continued economic growth. They are high skill, high wage positions with great benefits,” said Jason Ball, the Chamber’s President and CEO. “The Chamber congratulates BGE on their planned investment and thanks them for their continued presence in Round Rock.”
