Altman Business Park

An upscale business park in the heart of Round Rock’s fastest-growing commercial area, Altman Business Park is a shovel-ready business park divided into six parcels with potential buildings ranging from 27,000 square feet to 55,000 square feet. Chandler Creek Park

Chandler Creek Business Park is approximately 20 percent built out with more than 120 acres still available for development. Chisholm Trail Trade Center

Chisholm Trail Trade Center is scheduled to break ground in February 2019. Located within feet of I-35 and within close proximity to the famous Jack Allen’s Kitchen, Salt Traders Coastal Cooking, and Cover 3. Corridor Park

Located on the southwest corner of Round Rock’s Interstate 35 and Interstate 45 interchange, Corridor Park is a fully developed light industrial business park that’s home to Field Asset Services, KoMiCo, Shop LC, Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Food, and Wayne. Corridor Park currently has a USDA Frozen Food Production Plant building available for lease.

Crystal Park

A fully developed, light industrial business park, Crystal Park has more than 18 acres and 275,000 square feet of space located just east of Interstate 35 on Old Settlers Boulevard. Its largest current occupant is Baby Earth.

Settlers Crossing
