Round Rock Area Serving Center; Toppan Photomasks, Inc.;
and iSpeak, Inc. take home business honors
The Round Rock Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development Partnership today announced its annual business award winners. The winners are Nancy Simpson, PEAK Operational Strategies (Investor of the Year); Cathy Sheridan, Printology (Ambassador of the Year); Dave Fendrick, Round Rock Express Baseball Club (Citizen of the Year); Michael Doss, Independent Bank (Chairman’s Award); Round Rock Area Serving Center (“Big Boy” Hester Small Business of the Year); Toppan Photomasks, Inc. (Business of the Year); iSpeak, Inc. (Global Business of the Year); and the Ryan Family (Lifetime Achievement). The honors were presented last night during the chamber’s 47th Annual Awards Banquet.
“The Round Rock community includes countless innovative and hardworking business people and organizations, which makes this selection process more difficult each year,” said Shontel Mays, the chamber’s vice president of events and investor engagement. “This year’s winners are a perfect example of the very best that Round Rock has to offer, and we feel privileged to have them be a part of the chamber.”
In addition to the chamber’s awards, The Greater Round Rock Community Foundation announced their philanthropic honors. Dr. Kent Macaulay, DDS and David Hood were presented with the foundation’s Innovation in Philanthropy and Philanthropy Awards, respectively.
