Director of Business Retention and Expansion
Saridon is the director of business retention and expansion, where she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that proactively engage existing businesses to gain a better understanding of the business environment in Round Rock, identify opportunities to increase investment in those businesses, assist them in overcoming difficulties and challenges, provide general assistance, track trends, and make sure the city remains a viable place to do business.
Saridon joined the chamber team in May 2015 after growing under the leadership team at the City of Round Rock. Working directly for the city manager, mayor, and council for nearly seven years, she has a keen understanding of the city’s processes and culture, as well as an acute understanding of the city’s partnership with the chamber and the importance of that partnership in promoting economic development efforts.
Saridon is an Austin native and has resided in Round Rock for the past twelve years. She graduated with a bachelor of business administration in management from Texas State University and was involved in several leadership and volunteer organizations while earning her degree.
