Investor Orientation

Investor Orientation is designed for both new and current investors. This fast-paced orientation will cover the full range of Chamber programs, benefits and involvement opportunities in 60 minutes, followed by a meet-and-greet. It will be held at the Chamber, 212 East Main Street in Round Rock. This program will be repeated on a quarterly basis.

The Breakfast Club Morning Networking

The Breakfast Club is an exciting new program aimed at those seeking to network with other business owners and professionals. What makes this event so exciting is that each attendee will be offered an opportunity to purchase a 2-minute “ad spot” for only $25.  You will then be able to use your 2-minutes to present yourself and your business to the crowd during the program.

Ribbon Cuttings

A ribbon cutting is offered to each new Chamber investor to celebrate their investment as an introduction to the public and veteran Chamber investors. Ribbon cutting and ground breaking ceremonies are also offered to veteran investors that expand, relocate, or come under new ownership. Contact Michele West to schedule a ribbon cutting.

Public Policy Briefings are free, investors-only sessions with elected officials, key policymakers, and experts on business issues. They are held throughout the year.

Annual Events

Annual Banquet

The Annual Chamber Banquet is an evening event featuring a Chairman’s reception followed by a plated dinner.  It provides a forum for honoring the year’s business awards recipients, newly elected Board members and outgoing Board members. The outgoing Chair of the Board shares the year’s accomplishments and the incoming Chair shares the goals for the future.

The Round Rock Chamber of Commerce hosts the Annual Taste of Round Rock every March at the Dell Diamond. This tasty event features samples of food from over forty (40) area restaurants, caterers and other food vendors.
