Twelve @ 12 Program

Economic Development / Retention and Expansion / Twelve @ 12 Program

The Twelve @ 12 program is an Economic Development industry standard for engaging the business community.   Its purpose is to create an environment for open discussion between business and community leaders to encourage candid dialogue about doing business in Round Rock.  With city staff and elected officials eager to listen to the business community, this is also a forum to ask questions, offer suggestions, and/or express concerns.

The program was rolled out in May of 2016 and will be held quarterly moving forward.  Twelve @ 12 meetings are held at noon with approximately twelve companies in attendance.  The industry or group focus changes with each meeting and is determined by current community needs and economic climate.

The feedback generated during these meetings is utilized to not only to improve Round Rock’s attractiveness to relocating industry, but also to promote the growth and success of our existing industry.
